About Dr. MugfordDavid Mugford, DMD earned his Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry from the University of Pennsylvania Dental School School in 1989 and he received his Specialty Certificate in Periodontics and Dental Implants at the Medical College of Virginia in 1991.
